An internal system for Simetria Ltd. that consolidates property data from multiple sources into a single database and automates processing, updates, and publication.
My role: product development, business process automation, data workflows, and integrations.
Unified database: property records from 21 sources are consolidated in one interface with search, filtering, and export.
Property data came from multiple sources and required manual processing. The goal was to consolidate it into a single system, simplify search and duplicate control, and automate the downstream workflow.
I developed the internal Rento system, which consolidates data from multiple sources into one database. I added search and filtering, duplicate handling, property management, export, and workflow automation.
